Delivery
We offer the following delivery services depending on your location:

UK
Standard UK delivery is from £4.99.

Standard delivery orders are dispatched by carrier and normally take between 3 and 5 working days to arrive, depending on your location.

Certain items may be subject to delivery restrictions and may not be available on certain delivery services. This will be displayed in the product information.

European Union
Overseas delivery is £24 per order. Please note we do not currently offer express delivery for overseas deliveries.

Certain items may be subject to delivery restrictions and may not be available for delivery to certain locations. This will be displayed in the product information.

Orders are dispatched by carrier and may take up to approximately 10 working days to arrive, depending on your location. We’ll endeavour to provide delivery tracking information for your order.

We cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items, for any delays in customs clearance, or for any import duties or tariffs.

Rest of the World
Overseas delivery is £24 per order. Please note we do not currently offer express delivery for overseas deliveries.

** From August 29th 2025, the US will remove its $800 de minimis threshold for commercial import, meaning all low-value shipments will require a full customs entry, applicable duties, taxes, and clearance fees. This necessitates a shift to a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, where all import duties and taxes are paid upfront to ensure compliance, avoid unnecessary delays, and maintain delivery speed.

Any other countries where taxes are collected at checkout will be sent by Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service to ensure your order is delivered to your address with no need for separate customs charges.
